Hey, I just saw your surfing "Hall of Pain" photo request. Here's one of me after a good wipeout in Oregon. The center fin went through my 5mm wetsuit, caused bruised ribs and 20 stitches! I'll also attach the file incase you can't pull it off the email. This is why I now surf with ProTech fins.  -Holly
